Momins First Class Railway Curry
Classic dish made with Lamb. An array of spices (garam masala, cardamon, Momins spices, turmeric, ginger and garlic) are then fused with coconut milk and tomato to give a first class dish in every sense.
Balti Chilli Chicken Mosala
A spicy dish of medium consistency, with green chillies, fresh coriander and a blend of balti spices. Mosala style.
Chicken fillet cooked in a fiery hot sauce made up of red green and Kashmir chillies, spring onions and coriander with mustard oil and mustard seeds - puts fire in your belly! Not for the faint hearted.
Shahi Chilli Chicken Kurma
Bangladeshi style kurma made with cream, almons, coconut powder, sugar, and ghee which is then contrasted using chillies and spices. A boiled egg is then fried and added to the dish. A truly authentic dish with Momin's unique twist.
Cooked with chicken fillets in a thick bhuna sauce using almond, mango, honey, fresh cream and Momin’s special spices.
Cooked in a very flavoured spicy sauce with fresh garlic flakes, plum tomato, green chilli and fresh coriander.
Roasted Roshun and Chilli
Cooked with fresh roasted garlic cloves, green chillies, green peppers, tomotoes and coriander in a special sauce.
Cooked with aromatic naaga (extremely hot chilli) chilli sauce, tomatoes, onions and green peppers in a bhuna sauce and Momin’s special spices.
Minced lamb cooked with onions and garlic, ginger, tomato, garden peas and Momin’s special spices garnished with fresh coriander.
Chicken cooked with garlic, ginger, garam massala, chilli powder, red pepper strips, broad beans in special sauce.
Lamb & Apricot
Lamb cooked with apricots in a medium sauce using Momin’s special spices.
Lamb with cinnamon & fenugreek
Lamb cooked in ghee with ginger and garlic, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves garnished with fresh coriander.
Prawns cooked in ghee, tomato, sugar, lemon juice in a thick sauce garnished with coriander.
Chopped chicken tikka cooked with green chilli, lemon juice in a thick hot and sour sauce with garlic and coriander.
Chicken fillet cooked in a mild honey sauce with almond and fresh cream.
Grilled Chicken breasts cooked with almonds, fresh cream in a mild coconut milk sauce.
British Beef Raj Curry
A classic beef dish revived by our Chef with Momin’s twist. Diced beef pan fried and browned in butter, spiced with kashmiri chilli powder, tumeric, garam masala with sliced onions and garlic. Simmered until the beef is tenderised to give a thick dry curry which is finished with sultanas and desiccated coconut. Medium to hot.
Momins Chicken Tikka Salad
Delicious chicken tikka with freshly cooked sliced Nan bread strips served on a cucumber, carrot and tomato salad lightly seasoned with mustard seeds, touch of chilli and peppers. Garnished with coriander and lemon.
